Byco Auto Parts Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Byco Rubber Co., Ltd. and Guiyang Byco Auto Parts Co., Ltd. jointly formed.
Shanghai Byco Rubber Co., Ltd. located in Pu dong new area, Shanghai. The factory plant covers an area of 6,000 square meters, existing 120 employees, among of them 22 persons are managers and engineers.
Guiyang Byco Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Located in Guiyang city, Guizhou Province, which been founded on October, 2007. Now the new factory have been completed and commissioned. The total investment of RMB 200 million. The first investment of RMB 25 million, covers an area of 30 acreage, building area of 8,500 square meters, to supply the automotive brake chamber diaphragm. The second investment of RMB 175 million, covers an area of 100 acreage, building area of 20,000 square meters, to supply the automotive suspension air spring assembly and auto parts production and assembly lines.
BYCO is a company which specialized in manufacturing the various type of rubber parts for auto brake system, transmission system, damping and so on, producing a variety of products in five categories over eight hundred kinds of specifications. Annual produce capacity is near 8 million.
BYCO believes QUALITY is the key of company, and adopt the strict quality standards in each production step. In March, 2002, our company has passed QS9000 & ISO9002 certificated, and in May, 2005, passed ISO/TS16949:2002 certificated by TüV.
Byco has the advanced manufacture equipment, including closed mixing machine, precision pre-molding machines, injection molders, presses and mold-making machine such as digital control lathe，milling machine, etc.
Also has the complete test equipment, such as ST-8600 Video Inspection System, tool microscope, tensile tester, aging oven, analytical balance, infrared thermometer and gauge blocks, to warrant the high quality of products.
